This policy explains how KVN Construction, LLC (“KVN Construction,” “we”) handles information collected through this website.

When you submit our inspection request form, we collect:

• Service needed (for example, roof repair, replacement, storm damage, siding, gutters)
• First and last name
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Property address and ZIP code
• Whether the work is an insurance claim (yes, no, not sure)
• Roof age (optional)
• Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages

The form also records attribution data automatically, without your typing anything: the Google click identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid; campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content; and the page (landing_page) you submitted from. These show which ad or link brought you to us.

Phone calls

If you call us, calls may be recorded and tracked (for example, to measure which ads generate calls, for quality and training). Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Enhanced Conversions

We use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions. When you submit the form, your email address and phone number may be hashed (converted to a one-way code) and sent to Google to help us measure whether an ad led to your request. Google’s use of that data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

• To measure and improve our advertising and website
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as website, advertising measurement, communications and customer-management tools) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal data or its use for targeted advertising, subject to applicable law.
